Class: All Levels - Classes are for beginners. This class teaches you to walk, stance, hand placement, arm movements, and how to quiet the mind. Anyone looking for more advanced moves, defense techniques, and meditation should call for private lessons.

[Please note, this class is currently being taught at the Grounds for Sculpture due to inclement weather.
